Refractive Surgery Consultation Request

The free consultation is a one-on-one informational session with a trained Refractive Surgery Consultant, who will assess your individual needs and discuss personal goals and expectations. This is not a complete eye exam, but it may, as needed, include a vision screening, lensometry, corneal topography and evaluation on the Oculus Pentacam, as well as patient and family history of medical or vision conditions—to help determine which vision correction options are advisable.

Our specialist who books your appointment will also advise you on any steps you need to take in advance of your appointment.
